I'm a Senior Product Operations Manager at Shopify, where I've spent 10 years moving across teams – from Technical Merchant Support, to Shopify Plus, where I helped launch over 100 merchants, to blockchain, Shop Component, shipping, and today, retail. Wherever I land, I do the same thing: identify gaps,
solve technical problems, build documentation, and bridge the space between merchants, partners, product and R&D teams.
I'm a problem solver at heart — at my best when I can get lost in a challenge and emerge with a solution. I strive to always leave things better than I found them.
Outside of work, I'm a husband and father of two, based in Canada.
